08:00–10:00 Morning Pick-up

• The day begins with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation in Khao Sok. From there, we’ll head to the impressive Ratchaprapha Dam, the spectacular gateway to the magical waters of Cheow Lan Lake. The exact pick-up time will depend on your accommodation’s location.

Boarding Your Private Longtail Boat

• On arrival at the pier, your private longtail boat will be waiting. Step aboard and get ready for an unforgettable water adventure as the boat glides across the lake’s turquoise waters, surrounded by a dreamlike landscape of towering limestone karst formations.

Limestone Cliffs: The Lake’s Iconic View

• We’ll sail to the lake’s most iconic landmark: the famous trio of limestone formations rising vertically from the water. This is the image that defines the “Guilin of Thailand”. You’ll have time to admire this natural wonder and capture some unforgettable photographs.

Free Time: Swim, Kayak or Simply Relax

• We’ll disembark at the floating bungalows so you can enjoy this paradise at your own pace. Surrounded by the tranquillity of the lake, you can take a refreshing swim, explore the shoreline by kayak or simply sunbathe on the deck.

• Next, enjoy a traditional Thai lunch, prepared with fresh fish, southern Thai curries, and local fruit and vegetables.

Jungle Walk

• After lunch, we’ll board the boat again and head to the trailhead for a guided trek through Khao Sok’s ancient rainforest. This area is home to around 5% of the planet’s species, including langurs, gibbons, macaques, exotic birds, butterflies and much more. During the walk, your guide will explain the history of these ancient trails, which were used by local communities before the dam was built.

• Depending on the season and conditions, the trek may also include a visit to a cave or a waterfall.

15:00–16:00 Return to Khao Sok

• We’ll say goodbye to this floating paradise and enjoy a relaxing journey back to the pier. Once ashore, our comfortable minivan will be waiting to take you back to your accommodation in Khao Sok, arriving at approximately 16:30.

• Kayaking not included: You can enjoy a kayak trip around the floating bungalows for an additional fee.

• National Park: We’ll be visiting a protected natural environment. Please follow your guide’s instructions to help preserve the beauty of the lake and its ecosystem.

• Guide: The excursion is led by a local English-speaking guide who knows the park’s hidden gems.

• Allergies and Special Requirements: Your well-being is our priority. Please inform us of any food allergies or special requirements when making your booking.

Pick-ups: For group tours, our vehicle will pick up participants in sequence, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently at the entrance of your hotel. If you feel the wait is excessive, please contact the operator directly. If your accommodation is inaccessible to the vehicle, pick-up will take place at a nearby alternative meeting point agreed in advance.
