Accommodation Pickup

• The exact pickup time will depend on the location of your accommodation and the number of participants. As this is a group tour, we kindly ask for your punctuality and understanding, as slight delays may occur due to traffic or other circumstances along the route.

Relax by the Waterfall

• After the excitement, it’s time to slow down. We’ll take you to a hidden spot beside a beautiful waterfall for a well-deserved break. At the café, you can relax with a refreshing drink and some snacks while taking in the incredible views — the perfect moment to reconnect with the tranquillity of nature.

Return to the Hotel

• With your batteries recharged and full of new emotions, our transfer service will take you comfortably back to your hotel.

• Adventure and fun: This experience perfectly combines the excitement of ziplining with the tranquillity of a natural setting, making it ideal for adventure lovers.
• Safety first: You’ll receive detailed instructions and all the required safety equipment before starting. Our expert guides will accompany you throughout the experience to ensure it is both safe and enjoyable.
• What to bring: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed sports shoes (essential). Bring swimwear if you’d like to cool off in the waterfall area.
• Restrictions: Pregnant women, children under 7 years old, and people with medical and/or back problems cannot join the tour.

Booking notice: To secure your place, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during high season. Many of our tours have limited capacity and fill up quickly, so we cannot guarantee availability for bookings made only 1 or 2 days in advance.

Itinerary notice: To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, the order of the stops or the route may change without prior notice due to traffic, weather conditions or other external factors.

Restrictions: Pregnant women, children under 7 years old and people with medical and/or back problems cannot join the tour.

Special requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements when making your booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Accident insurance: To ensure the validity of the accident insurance, you must provide the full name, gender and passport number of all participants. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your booking. During high season, we recommend securing your place in advance.

Pick-ups: For group tours, our vehicle will pick up participants in sequence, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently at the entrance of your hotel. If you feel the wait is excessive, please contact the operator directly. If your accommodation is inaccessible to the vehicle, pick-up will take place at a nearby alternative meeting point agreed in advance.

Yes. The course has excellent safety measures, approved safety equipment and constant supervision from professional instructors.

The experience includes a course with 8 zipline platforms suspended above the jungle.

Yes. It is available for children aged 7 and over, always following the safety instructions.

Does it include transport from the accommodation?
Yes. The experience includes pickup and return transfer from your accommodation in Koh Samui.
