• Morning Tour: from 09:00 to 12:00.

Accommodation Pick-up

• The exact pick-up time will depend on the location of your accommodation and the number of participants. As this is a group tour, we kindly ask for punctuality and understanding, as slight delays may occur due to traffic or other circumstances along the route.

Welcome to Their Home

• Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome and an introduction to our conservation project. You will discover how our elephants live a full and safe life in a natural environment, and witness the incredible bond of care and respect between their keepers and these magnificent animals.

The "Skywalk": A Window into Their World

• The experience begins with a walk along our 400-metre elevated walkway. From this privileged viewpoint, you can observe the herd in their habitat without interfering with their natural behaviour. Watch them feed, socialise and enjoy their day. It is a unique opportunity to learn about their behaviour, nutrition and crucial role in the ecosystem in a fun and non-invasive way.

A Close and Respectful Encounter

• After observing them from a distance, the anticipated moment to meet them more closely will arrive. You will enjoy a unique encounter with these gentle giants, taking part in preparing their food and helping to feed them, directly contributing to their care and wellbeing.

A Delicious Ending and Farewell

• The visit concludes with a delicious buffet in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for reflecting on the experience. After the meal, you will say goodbye to the elephants with the satisfaction of having been part of an ethical project and a memory full of unforgettable moments.

• Recommendations: comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking are recommended. The use of sunscreen that is respectful of the environment and animals is greatly appreciated.

• Restrictions: Pregnant women, children under 1 year old and people with medical and/or back problems cannot join the tour.

Booking notice: To secure your place, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during high season. Many of our tours have limited capacity and fill up quickly, so we cannot guarantee availability for bookings made only 1 or 2 days in advance.

Itinerary notice: To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, the order of the stops or the route may change without prior notice due to traffic, weather conditions or other external factors.

Restrictions: Pregnant women, children under 1 years old and people with medical and/or back problems cannot join the tour.

Special requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements when making your booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Accident insurance: To ensure the validity of the accident insurance, you must provide the full name, gender and passport number of all participants. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your booking. During high season, we recommend securing your place in advance.

Pick-ups: For group tours, our vehicle will pick up participants in sequence, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently at the entrance of your hotel. If you feel the wait is excessive, please contact the operator directly. If your accommodation is inaccessible to the vehicle, pick-up will take place at a nearby alternative meeting point agreed in advance.
