IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• No-Reservation Access Policy: To offer maximum flexibility, we do not operate with timed reservations. You can arrive at any time between 10:00 and 16:30.
• Arrival Management: Please note that due to high demand, during peak times you may have to wait for your turn or share the activity with other adventurers.
• Getting There Independently: We do not provide a transfer service. You must make your own way to our facilities. We are located near Mae Haad Beach for your convenience.

RESTRICTIONS

• Health and Age Requirements: Due to the nature of the activity and to ensure everyone’s safety, participation is not permitted for pregnant women, children under 12 years old, or people with back problems or pre-existing medical conditions.
• Policy for Minors: Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or responsible guardian, who must sign the relevant consent form.

Weight Limit:

• To ensure maximum safety, participants must weigh between 34 kg and 125 kg. Participants weighing less than 34 kg may be able to take part in tandem with another participant.

Physical and Health Condition:

• If you have heart or back problems, or have recently undergone surgery, it is essential to consult your doctor before participating. For safety reasons, access will not be permitted to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Policy for Participants Under 18:

• Underage participants must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign the relevant consent form.

Safety Rules During the Activity:

• Always follow the guides: Our expert guides are there to ensure your safety and enjoyment. It is essential to follow their instructions at all times.
• Golden cable rule: For your safety, never touch the cables while you are sliding. This is the most important rule and we will remind you before you start.
• Personal belongings: Please completely empty your pockets before starting the activity to avoid losing any items.

Dress Code:

• Clothing and accessories: Loose clothing that could get caught, such as skirts, dresses or scarves, is not permitted. We recommend not wearing jewellery or valuable items that could fall off.
• Footwear: Closed-toe sports shoes that are securely fastened are required. If you do not have suitable footwear, a rental service is available.

Booking notice: To secure your place, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during high season. Many of our tours have limited capacity and fill up quickly, so we cannot guarantee availability for bookings made only 1 or 2 days in advance.

Itinerary notice: To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, the order of the stops or the route may change without prior notice due to traffic, weather conditions or other external factors.

Restrictions: Pregnant women, children under 12 years old and people with medical and/or back problems cannot join the tour.

Special requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements when making your booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Accident insurance: To ensure the validity of the accident insurance, you must provide the full name, gender and passport number of all participants. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your booking. During high season, we recommend securing your place in advance.

Pick-ups: For group tours, our vehicle will pick up participants in sequence, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently at the entrance of your hotel. If you feel the wait is excessive, please contact the operator directly. If your accommodation is inaccessible to the vehicle, pick-up will take place at a nearby alternative meeting point agreed in advance.
