• Pickup will take place at your accommodation (within a maximum of 10 km of Khaosan Road) or at a meeting point on Khaosan Road. Please be punctual, as the group will not be able to wait for late arrivals.

Maeklong Railway Market

• Enjoy a scenic train ride to the famous Maeklong Railway Market, one of Thailand’s most unusual markets. Experience the excitement as the train passes directly through the market while vendors quickly move their stalls out of the way and put them back once the train has passed.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

• Continue to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where you’ll cruise along its lively canals on a traditional longtail boat. A unique way to discover this famous market and get a close look at the local vendors and boats moving through the canals.

Free Time at Damnoen Saduak

• Enjoy some free time to explore the market at your own pace. Discover local products, shop for souvenirs, try traditional snacks or enjoy an optional rowboat ride (not included) through the canals.

Wat Samphran – Dragon Temple

• Our final stop is the impressive Wat Samphran, known as the Dragon Temple. Discover its spectacular pink tower, surrounded by a huge dragon winding its way around the structure, and explore the interior of this unique temple.

15:30–16:00 Tour Ends

• Bring this memorable day to an end after combining traditional markets, boating, culture and one of Thailand’s most remarkable temples.
• The tour ends at Khaosan Road or MRT Sam Yot.

Pick-ups: For group tours, our vehicle will pick up participants in sequence, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently at the entrance of your hotel. If you feel the wait is excessive, please contact the operator directly. If your accommodation is inaccessible to the vehicle, pick-up will take place at a nearby alternative meeting point agreed in advance.

What does the Markets & Dragon Temple tour include?
The tour includes hotel pickup, a certified English-speaking tour guide, train tickets and a longtail boat ride, as well as drinking water.

Which places are visited during the tour?
You’ll visit the famous Maeklong Railway Market, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and the impressive Wat Samphran, the Dragon Temple.

Is the train ride through Maeklong Railway Market included?
Yes. The tour includes the train ticket, allowing you to experience the journey to the famous railway market and see the train pass directly through the market stalls.

Is the boat ride at the Floating Market included?
Yes. The tour includes a longtail boat ride through the canals of Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. You’ll also have free time to explore the market at your own pace.

Is the rowboat ride included?
No. It is an optional activity during your free time at the floating market. The standard price is 150 THB for 20–30 minutes.

Is there an entrance fee for the Dragon Temple?
Wat Samphran has no official entrance fee. However, visitors who wish to climb to the top of the tower are asked to make an 80 THB donation.

Where does the tour start and finish?
Pickup is available from hotels in Bangkok located within a maximum of 10 km of Khaosan Road. At the end of the tour, you’ll be dropped off at Khaosan Road or MRT Sam Yot.
